Meditating helps empty the mind and connect the spirit with nature or the universe. Once you clear the mind of all noise, it’s possible to find answers to unresolved issues. Wisdom attained through mediation assists in improving your life harmoniously with the natural laws of the universe. It’s a way of connecting with your spirit or higher-self.
Numerous meditation techniques exist, including creative thinking. It’s recommended to meditate at least 20 minutes every day. Therefore, decide on a place and time you may truly relax. Then shut off your phone, computer, TV — everything. Ensure nothing and nobody can disturb you for the short time you’re going to meditate.
Find somewhere you’re comfortable. You may sit, stand or cross your legs, what’s important is that your body is in a relaxed state with your spine straight. This helps your energy flow. Close your eyes to focus on your inner world. Try to stop thinking. Minimize the thoughts in your head until you can have a clear mind for at least nine seconds. The silence of your mind enables it to relax and embrace your environment and the natural universe. Don’t worry if you’re unable to silence your thoughts on the first try.
You may heighten your senses and enhance your meditation with several tools such as incense and relaxing music. Employ the elements of earth, water, air and fire. A beeswax candle could represent earth and fire. Air and water could be harnessed with unscented candles and a Tibetan bowl filled with water.
With practice, you’ll learn to live in your creativity, the best form of meditation. When utilizing your creativity to succeed in anything, you’re meditating at a higher level. You’re working with your surrounding environment to make it better.
Meditation helps to heighten your concentration and creativity. Practice every day and attain a state where you’re simultaneously living and meditating. Then, you’ll always have the answers and be living in your creativity.
