This surf and travel apparel brand works with merino wool to make durable, lightweight active wear. Merino wool comes from a breed of sheep known for its toughness and adaptability to extreme weather. Miles Along brings these natural properties to apparel that is as good at cooling you down as it is keeping you warm.

These properties make it a great material for surfing, running, hiking and yoga. Miles Along is based in San Sebastian, Spain, a popular area for surfers and outdoor pursuits of every kind, and the team behind the clothing range was inspired by the needs of active people.

Where cotton sticks to the skin and dries slowly, merino wool is great for wicking moisture. It also has antibacterial properties to keep you fresh. The t-shirts come at a premium, but they are worth every penny.

You don’t have to be a surfer to enjoy Miles Along t-shirts either. They look just as good on a night out as on the beach.

You can currently buy merino wool t-shirts in regular and oversize fits, with cerise, denim, ash blue and ochre colors available. The tees will retail at $56 after a successful Kickstarter campaign.
