This year, pumpkin spice latte makes its seasonal debut a little earlier! Even if you are excited for the popular flavor to return, it doesn’t mean you have to stop enjoying summer temperatures. We’ve rounded up a list of autumn-inspired cocktails made with Skrewball Peanut Butter Whiskey to enjoy even through the end of the summer temperatures.
Drunken Pumpkin Espresso Martini
Ingredients:
- 1 ¼ ounce Skrewball Peanut Butter Whiskey
- ¾ ounce coffee liqueur
- ½ ounce pumpkin syrup
- 2 ounces espresso
- Dash of pumpkin spice
Combine all ingredients into a shaker with ice, shake vigorously and strain into a coupe glass. Top it off with a sprinkle of pumpkin spice and drizzle with chocolate.
Ingredients:
- 1 ½ ounces Skrewball Peanut Butter Whiskey
- ½ ounce pumpkin spice syrup
- 1 sugar cube
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 4 ounces hot water
- Star anise
- Cinnamon sugar
Add sugar, butter and hot water to a mug and stir until dissolved. Add the Skrewball, pumpkin spice syrup, star anise and stir. Lastly, sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
Ingredients:
- 1 ½ ounces Skrewball Peanut Butter Whiskey
- ¾ ounce Zaya Gran Reserva Rum
- ½ ounce orange juice
- ½ ounce pineapple juice
- ½ ounce pumpkin cream of coconut mix* (directions below)
- 3 pineapple top leaves
- Pumpkin spice
Add all ingredients together into a shaker, shake well and pour into a cocktail glass. Garnish with three pineapple leaves and powdered pumpkin spice.
*Pumpkin cream of coconut mix ingredients:
- 15 ounces can pumpkin puree
- 15 ounces can cream of coconut
- 2 dashes vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- ¾ teaspoon nutmeg
- 3 tablespoons sugar
