For runners who continue their exercise regimen while on the go, RunGo is an app that compiles running routes all over the world, perfect for travelers looking to experience the area during their run. Anyone who’s attempted to run in a new location can attest to the occasional difficulty that comes with the task. When you’re not sure where you’re going, you can end up in an unfriendly area, and when you stay in well-known spots, you may find yourself overwhelmed with crowded sidewalks and too many tourists, leading many travelers to simply stick to their hotel’s fitness center. RunGo eliminates this problem.

The free app is available for both iPhone and Android, and offers voice navigation in all major international cities. It tracks your distance, pace and calories burned and logs them for future analyzing. The app navigates offline when you’re actually running, so you can use it no matter where you are, without WiFi or data charges.

Currently, you’ll find more than 25,000 routes available all over the world. Running routes are created by local users, who determine the best route for those visiting. You can easily create routes in your own city as well. These basic and shared routes are free. However, if you want to enjoy a guided route, no matter where you are, you can pay a small fee of $2.79 per month. Guided routes have been tested personally by RunGo ambassadors and feature various points of interest during the run.
