Skiing in Banff and Lake Louise

Banff National Park, Canada’s first national park, is a beautiful destination to discover Alberta’s stunning wilderness year-round. During the winter months, the area of Banff and Lake Louise becomes a mecca for skiers and lovers of outdoor activities.

Or, take a break from skiing and experience the Tube Town tubing park. The Lake Louise Ski Resort is one of the largest in North America with 139 runs. There’s a large selection of slopes depending on skill level, as well as private and group lessons. Take a break from the trails and dine in the many restaurants on site. Sunshine Village stands almost 9,000 feet above sea level and offers spectacular views of the surrounding peaks. It spans more than 3,300 acres of skiable terrain, including Delirium Dive and Goat’s Eye — two extreme runs for advanced skiers.
