Each plan is customizable for those on an elimination program, such as a sugar detox or paleo diet. Daily soup meal replacement options include five meal replacement soups, or cleanses, for $65 per order.

Customers can customize the menu each week or stick with Splendid Spoon’s rotating flavors. By slow cooking fresh ingredients, Splendid Spoon increases nutrient bioavailability, or the amount of nutrients a body can use, in every meal.

Combined with intermittent fasting, the plan provides customers with healthy meals, boosting energy and wellness with the lowest calorie count possible.

Splendid Spoon’s advisory board includes a registered dietitian, an energy homeostasis specialist and professional chef to create recipes. All meals are curated to promote a healthy lifestyle by incorporating 100-percent, plant-based, gluten-free and GMO-free options into everyday meals.
