Healbe GoBe’s calorie-tracker bracelet is much more than the average step counter. This device uses technology in the making since 1999 and perfected in 2012 to measure energy, stress, calorie intake, sleep, hydration, heart rate and activity.

GoBe cuts out manual logging to eliminate human error and guesswork, maintaining accountability and consistency. By making the user aware of their eating habits, calorie intake and activity level, adapting and maintaining a healthy lifestyle will be much more obtainanable.

Monitoring daily stress and energy levels will also be beneficial to the user helping them take control of their emotions. GoBe can help users recognize what causes stress and energy at different points throughout the day.

By tracking sleep, heart rate and activity levels, the GoBe device will report back to the user via mobile device and app. The data breaks down how active they are, how active they should be, the cardiovascular health and how their REM cycle is being affected.

The GoBe wristband is available for $250, in black or silver. The device wirelessly syncs to Android or iPhone via Bluetooth and is about the size of a watch. Although waterproof for rain, showers and sweat, this device cannot be worn in salt water.
