You’re right in the heart of the Himalayas while you study for your exams. Studies here are focused on environmental conservation, particularly how it applies to the region. The School for Field Studies partnered with the Ugyen Wangchuck Institute for Conservation and Environment to create semesters for students that teach the economical and societal impacts of the Himalayas’ environmental issues. Along the way you’ll meet some pretty amazing people who will help you explore the region’s rich cultural history and traditions.
