Florida prepares to welcome its newest point of pride, the brand-new Sunseeker Resort. Located right on the water in Charlotte Harbor, the resort welcomes its first guests Dec. 15 and is the result of an unprecedented private hotel investment transforming the area for visitors to Southwest Florida.
The property, which occupies 22 acres along the Peace River and Florida’s Gulf Coast, will boast 785 guest rooms, including 189 suites, all of which have been meticulously designed to offer a luxurious experience for every guest. The premium guestrooms feature a coastal theme, while the suites, which range from 875 to 1,700 square feet, give guests the choice of one, two or three bedrooms along with chef-level kitchens and plenty of space for a personal getaway or for entertaining friends and family.

Twenty different food and beverage concepts located throughout the property create world-class culinary experiences ranging from casual dining on the waterfront and by the pool to fine dining in an elegant setting. Diners can even try a unique 25,000-square-foot multi-dining experience.
While the resort will be a great place for families to stay, it will also be perfect for couples and singles thanks to the 21,000-square-foot adults-only rooftop retreat. The 18-hole golf course, Aeliron, offers exclusive access for resort guests and will feature advanced tools like Toptracer Range technology to help you improve your golf game by tracing your shot through multiple camera angles to give you useful statistics about your swing.
Two pools, a full-service spa and salon and a state-of-the-art fitness center round out the guest experiences, while indoor and outdoor event and meeting spaces provide the perfect destination for business meetings, retreats or conferences.
