Take the studio with you while traveling through CycleCast, the first app to offer streaming spin classes in the digital space.
The service brings the energy and community of indoor cycling out of the studio and onto your phone, featuring streaming workouts that deliver high-energy music and instructions from qualified instructors to you.
CycleCast gives users the freedom to get their sweat on anywhere in the world — whether you’re in your apartment, a gym or even a hotel fitness center. All you need is a smartphone or tablet with enough juice and a stationary bike.
Users can connect their personal electronic device to the Internet to open the app and get started. Audio-guided lessons from qualified instructors such as famed Kevin Mondrick of BFX Studio, Jess Walsh of New York Sports Club/Crank and Isabel Schaefer, a spinning mater instructor, are offered, providing choices of 20-, 45- or 60-minute classes.
Each instructor publishes new content weekly. CycleCast always plays the most recent classes first, so users can tune in each week to catch their favorite instructor’s new class.
Users can conveniently sync and track their workouts, calories and heart rate data with Apple Health or MyFitnessPal.
CycleCast is currently offering a free 30-day trial to new members. The app is available in the iTunes store, charging $9.99 for monthly subscriptions or $89.99 for an annual subscription (with three months free).
