The James Hotels Partners with ChaiseFitness

The James Hotels’ new partnership with ChaiseFitness supports travelers’ desire to feel good and find authentic experiences on the road. ChaiseFitness is an NYC-based boutique fitness brand known for core-based methods and body-redefining workouts. The program’s ReinventYOU workout will be added to The James’ Urban Wellness program.

Guests at The James New York and The James Chicago have complimentary, on-demand access to ReinventYou, an on-the-go, streaming workout that lengthens, strengthens and improves posture. The video series contains four 20-minute workouts which can be experienced individually or back-to-back for a more intense workout. Customized ChaiseFitness therabands will be available for use during the workout.

At The James New York, ChaiseFitness hosts the outdoor Summer Series on designated Tuesdays each month. The 45-minute ReinventYOU workout classes will be hosted on the hotel’s rooftop with views of Manhattan.

Urban Wellness at The James gives guests seasonally refreshed offerings to help recharge, including local wellness guides, healthy dining and cocktail options, neighborhood running and bike maps, spa treatments and more.
