The Many Themed Weddings of Las Vegas

Wedding

You don’t go to Vegas for a quiet, traditional wedding. You go for Elvis. For motorcycles ridden right through the chapel. For lights, noise, glamour, and — at times — the whole cornball oddity of it. Or poetry of it, depending on your point of view. Whether it’s a lifelong dream, or you just happen to be in the mood, here are some of Las Vegas’ most unique themed weddings.

Elvis

Las Vegas themed weddings start and end with Elvis. He himself got married in the Aladdin, launching possibly the most famous themed wedding tradition of all. Couples can choose from the Viva Las Vegas Chapel, an Aloha Las Vegas package at the A Las Vegas Wedding Chapel, and, of course, the Graceland Chapel (this list being far from all the options).

Drive-Thru Wedding

Because sometimes you’re just in too much of a rush to get out of your car. You can drive right into the Little White Wedding Chapel’s Tunnel of Love. By the time you get out the other side, you’ll be hitched.

KISS Wedding

Yup, like the band. A KISS-themed mini golf course, complete with laser shows and psychedelic vibes, also features the Hotter Than Hell Chapel, for those golfers and KISS fans who just can’t get enough of each other.

Underwater Wedding

If getting married with sharks, stingrays and tropical fish as your witnesses is your idea of a wedding, the Silverton has got a deal for you. Submerge yourself in their 117,000-gallon aquarium to tie the knot.

Mobile Weddings

Or the delivery wedding. The Las Vegas Wedding Wagon will come to you in your hotel room, at the Bellagio or wherever else you can think of (for the most part).

Other Vegas themed weddings include Eiffel Tower Weddings, Weddings at Denny’s, Gondola Weddings, Welcome to Las Vegas Sign Weddings, Neon Boneyard Weddings and Lucky Number Weddings, among others.
