“The food I cook is inspired by two things in particular: local produce and travel. Few places have inspired me more than the island of Sicily, with its unique blend of Italian and Middle Eastern flavors and traditions,” said Tusk. “I cannot wait for the opportunity to cook at Rocca delle Tre Contrade this spring, just in time for local peas, favas, artichokes and last-of-the-season blood oranges.”
April 15–22, culinary enthusiasts can immerse themselves in Sicilian food culture with hands-on workshops under Tusk and his teams from his San Francisco restaurants Quince and Cotogna, as well as the in-house villa kitchen team at Rocca delle Tre Contrade. Courses include cheesemaking, pasta making, raw seafood, focaccia making and more.

The experience accommodates a maximum of 18 at Rocce delle Tre Contrade, featuring a demonstration kitchen, lemon groves, fruit orchards, vegetable gardens, an infinity pool, a tennis court and a spa area.
Other activities during the week include visits to small boutique wineries, a tour of Catania at night and more. Book exclusively through The Thinking Traveller with costs starting at 6,900 euros, based on double occupancy and inclusive of meals, accommodation and transfers.
