If you’re looking for a smashing new way to relive stress, check out the Anger Room.

The Anger Room, started back in 2008, was established to provide an alternative to talking it out when you’re having a bad day. Sometimes it may be better to do what you feel and lash out when needed. The Anger Room provides you the space to lash out.

The facility is a judge-free, consequence-free escape. Let your hair down, gear up and destroy real-life mocked rooms that simulate a workplace, living room or kitchen environment. The rooms are complete with dummies, mannequins, furniture, TVs and other breakable items. While this may sound a bit insane, this method of stress relief will do the trick. You’ll leave happier than when you first arrived. There is a massage chair available after each session, giving you time to relax and calm down after the intense adrenaline rush.

There are three levels of rooms: I need a break, which is a five-minute session for $25; lash out, a 15-minute session for $45; and total demolition, a 25-minute session for $75. Safety gear is provided free of charge.

The election caused an increase in the anger room business as stressed-out voters traveled to Toronto from New York before and after the election. Customers wrote the name of the candidate they were frustrated with on a plate and smashed it. At the Anger Room in Dallas, mannequins of Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton were taking beatings before the election. Two Clinton mannequins were demolished and required replacements.

Employees go out on bulk trash pickup days looking for crushable items to build the rooms with, and then do the post wreckage cleanup.
