Open since 1925, Frank Pepe Pizzeria Napoletana is often considered one of the best places to get a slice in the country. You can’t go wrong with the original tomato pie with mozzarella. However, they are best known for their signature white clam pie. A small pie costs $9–13. The famous pizza spot is located near Wooster Square. Take a stroll through the scenic spot after lunch. Spring is the best time to visit, while the cherry blossoms are in bloom.

Beinecke Rare Book & Manuscript Library is one of the world’s largest collections of rare books and manuscripts and a popular attraction. Keep in mind, the building is currently undergoing a large-scale renovation, set to be complete in September 2016.
Have dinner tapas-style at Barcelona New Haven The chic restaurant boasts an impressive wine list and tasty tapas plates. Sample several of the smaller Spanish specialties, or split one of the larger plates. Depending on how hungry you are, dinner for two with wine costs around $50.
