Virgin Hotels announced the opening of its 10th hotel, coming to Denver, Colorado, in 2025. Groundbreaking began in September, and the hotel is to be located in Denver’s anticipated mixed-use development, Fox Park.

Virgin Hotels Denver Fox Park will boast 241 Chambers, as well as the brand’s signature Common’s Club, Shag Room, Funny Library Coffee Shop, indoor and outdoor meeting spaces and a rooftop with views of downtown Denver. As a new-build hotel, it will also feature an 8,000-square-foot wellness concept, with eight spa treatment rooms and a 2,900-square-foot fitness center, located on the second floor.
At the former site of the Denver Post printing plant, Fox Park’s 6 million square feet of residential and commercial space will include 14 acres of gardens and park spaces. Virgin Hotels will join one other boutique hotel in the development.
The Virgin Hotels brand continues to expand globally, opening an Edinburgh property this year with Glasgow and New York City still to come in 2022.
