Trends / Unique Itineraries & Tours

The School of Life may be headquartered in London, but their services are offered all over the globe, easy to access from many major cities and travel destinations. Currently, in addition to the London branch, there are also branches open in Seoul, Paris, Melbourne, Amsterdam, Sao Paulo, Istanbul, Belgrade, Antwerp and Tel Aviv, with new locations to come in Los Angeles, Zurich and Sydney. The organization was created to help those who may already have a great academic education discover the important things in life that aren’t readily available in a classroom, what they refer to as emotional intelligence.

The School of Life offers a curriculum coordinated by top thinkers, scholars, philosophers, writers and more. Their Core Curriculum contains such helpful and thought-provoking classes as How To Find A Job You Love, How To Manage Stress, How To Face Death and others. In addition, they also offer therapy sessions and business tools. Workshops and classes are often a one-time session (great if you’re just passing through and have some time), and last about three or four hours. You can choose to purchase the classes individually, ranging anywhere from £45–150 or more. You can also purchase an enrollment (£1,500), which includes an unlimited number of classes across 12 months, three sessions with a life coach, one session with a bibliotherapist and one session with a visual arts therapist.

Not quite ready to make the monetary commitment, or not located in one of the branch cities? The School of Life store offers a variety of fun products. You’ll find books on topics like How To Live In The City and How To Stay Sane, journals, sketchbooks, items for the home and more, all designed to inspire and improve your life.
