With this in mind, why not use your Amazon Prime membership to your advantage and supplement your workout with some free fitness videos? At the very least, you will get a sense of the kind of exercises you enjoy for when you do decide to take the plunge and pay for a new routine.
Amazon offers a lot of options. You will find anything from yoga to high-intensity interval workouts to targeted programs for your core and upper and lower body. Do a simple search through your Amazon Prime video portal and explore Catherine Elizabeth’s Dance Fitness or GymRa’s 21-Day Transformation. For something that involves a little less commitment, try Lumowell’s 7-Minute Workout, or a three-minute arm routine. These videos are not as involved as the others, but they give you a solid workout in a short period of time.
At the very least, these are easy workouts you can explore for no extra charge and it is always good to try something new.
