Destinations / North America

Arizona is a place of great beauty, from the Sonoran Desert to Monument Valley to the Grand Canyon. Experiences to places like this transform the soul, so for those seeking transformative experiences, Arizona is for you.

A Bubbly Soar in The Skies

When in Phoenix or Scottsdale, fly the friendly skies. A hot-air balloon ride offers stunning bird’s-eye views of the desert landscape, mountains and everything in between. Offering daily sunrise hot-air balloon adventures and sunset flights during the winter months, guests can take a one-hour flight package, which includes the traditional celebratory ceremony, a light continental breakfast and souvenirs.

Wait Until Dark

Arizona boasts 12 Dark Sky Parks, defined by the International Dark-Sky Association as lands with “exceptional quality of starry nights and a nocturnal environment that is specifically protected for its scientific, natural, educational, cultural heritage and public enjoyment.” The most famous, Grand Canyon National Park, offers remarkably beautiful night skies. These parks and communities are defined among the best: Big Park/Village of Oak Creek, Camp Verde, Cottonwood, Flagstaff, Fountain Hills, Sedona and Thunder Mountain Pootsee.

Fantastic Flagstaff

The Flagstaff area is surrounded by stunningly beautiful landscapes within which one can have amazing adventures, from cavernous canyons and majestic mountaintops to the starriest skies and most pristine wilderness area. Known as the City of Seven Wonders, Flagstaff provides an ideal place for visitors to explore some of the most spectacular scenery in the world. Visitors can also “get their kicks” on Route 66 in a charming historic downtown with trains, shopping, art galleries, events, music, restaurants and nightlife. Outdoor enthusiasts will enjoy perfect temperatures for summer hiking or biking, beautiful fall colors, winter sports and spring wildflowers.

Incredible Overlooks

Travel through Kaibab National Forest north of the Grand Canyon to Le Fevre Overlook, a popular scenic point on the North Kaibab Ranger District, located just a few miles from the north end of Kaibab Plateau on Scenic Byway 89A. Guests are greeted by views of the surrounding areas along with a number of other popular attractions.

The Grand Staircase refers to an immense sequence of sedimentary rock layers stretching south from Bryce Canyon National Park and Grand Staircase-Escalante National Monument through Zion National Park and into Grand Canyon National Park. From Le Fevre Overlook, travelers can take in incredible views of hundreds of square miles of these popular stair steps and geologic formations.

Wine and Yoga or Wine and Massages

Page Spring Cellars in Cornville offers relaxing massages for two, plus two refreshing salads and two glasses of specially selected PSC wines in the tasting room. Guests can even rent out a semi-private cabana or take a yoga class to settle the mind. Page Spring Cellars also offers peaceful physical fitness among the vines.
