The Z.A.P.S Gear Survival Grenade is how to not die when you’re lost in the woods or caught in the zombie apocalypse. Seriously. This thing packs 28 different survival necessities in a package that fits in the palm of your hand that you can clip easily on your gear.
That includes 45 feet of 550 paracord, 30 feet of 50-pound test fishing line, six water purification tablets, three wire snares with anti-escape swivels, several feet of Duct Tape, fire starter, knife blade, compass, candles, saw, needle, whistle … plus 16 more tools (http://www.zapsgear.com/Page_2.html) that will save your butt when you’re miles from the nearest aid (or civilization collapses).
The Grenade was designed by a Marine Scout Sniper for his own personal use and now he has shared it so that others — hunters, hikers, campers, military and rescue personnel, anyone in the outdoors — has the back-up in case all else fails. The Grenade’s creator, born from experience, really thought of everything — down to laminating the instructions (included) so that exposure to rain or river will not affect your chances of staying alive.
The Grenade is available in a number of colors from olive green to international orange. Z.A.P.S. Gear also offers survival bracelets, a smaller bundle of survival tools.
The Z.A.P.S Gear Survival Grenade is not a toy and it’s not a novelty item. It is intended as a last-ditch resource to keep its user alive. As such it is a on- use only item, though if you do find yourself using it in a life-or-death situation, Z.A.P.S. will happily send you another in exchange for your used Grenade, your story and photos (if possible). The Grenade is $75.
