The Cleverhood, a Rhode Island-based product, is a modern approach on the classic raincoat that is stylish, durable and extremely weather resistant. With this jacket and its well-crafted details, being ashamed to walk outside in rain gear is a thing of the past.

The Cleverhood ($249) features an oversized, talc-finished design with a billed-hood to keep rain out of the face of the user, and provide him or her with optimal peripheral vision. It comes in a variety of colors like green, seabee yellow, ocean state blue, weetamoe camo and electric houndstooth. Other details include its leak-resistant seams, magnetic snapping wrists and its sturdy YKK zippers. The Cleverhood’s Velcro tabs can release and reattach for easy mobility and security for when the user is on the move. Although the regular size fits most, the design is also available in small and tall.
