For those who want to get fit, get air and have fun like a kid again, there is chain of indoor trampoline parks that will definitely do the trick. Sky Zone was the first wall-to-wall indoor trampoline court opened in 2004 and the concept has grown since. These indoor playrooms are for jumpers to celebrate at birthday parties, dodge-ball tournaments or to just spend the day jumping.
Floor options vary from taped-off trampoline courts for team games, ramp floors for running, jumping and flips into foam pits or to bounce around the floor. The park prices range from $12–$24 depending on the franchise, time spent and the day of the week.
Most indoor parks offer after-school programs, basketball leagues, fitness classes and parties, among many other events, so make sure to check online for available times and locations before setting the day aside to jump.
Indoor trampoline parks have really taken off recently and new bouncing rooms have been opening up around the country. Keep an eye out for one nearby, if there isn’t one already, but between House of Air, Flight Trampoline Park and Urban Air, there is bound to be a location near you.
