Traditional note takers — those of us who love the feel of real paper and pen — may have a hard time giving up our ingrained habits to switch to more tech-centric, note-taking options. However, Rocketbook Wave is making the switch a little bit easier, and all for a really fantastic price.

At $27, the Rocketbook Wave is a great deal. The 80 pages with a dot grid pattern come with one specialized pen. Your words, doodles and thoughts are sent directly to the cloud for easy access later. Filled up all 80 pages? Simply pop the notebook into the microwave and it erases, so you can use it up to five times.

Other perks include the ability to choose where your notes go within the cloud on a page-by-page basis. How? You’ll configure a selection of seven symbols at the bottom of the pages to match an online location (from Dropbox to Google Drive to Evernote and beyond), and each time you fill up a page with notes, simply mark the symbol with the special pen. Then, use your Rocketbook app to scan the page and off they go.

Still have your doubts about Rocketbook? Recently featured on Shark Tank, the brand had huge crowd-funding success as a start-up, raising more than $2.5 million in pre-orders with its Rocketbook Everlast (the version that uses water to erase the pages, rather than the microwave), the No. 1 office or school product in crowd-funding history. Additionally, the Rocketbook is the No. 1 selling notebook on amazon.com (outpacing traditional brands like Moleskin and 5-Star).

Where Can You Find the Mai Tai Mile?

Stay at Kona Village on the Big Island of Hawai’i and you may think your experience consists solely of private, residential-style luxury and perhaps the occasional fresh pineapple, but Rosewood Resort has something else a little special. More specifically, Kona Village has its very own Mai Tai Mile, where guests can find four unique and different takes on the Mai Tai. Each distinct drink is inspired by its setting and comes with its own story.
