Cold-pressed juice can be a great addition to your diet, whether you just want some added nutrients or you’re deciding between popular cleanse options. Pressed Juicery has been on the juice scene since 2010, and you can now get their options delivered right to your door via subscription.
All you do is choose your subscription (ranging from $160 per month for 12 juices per month or $780 per month for 60 juices per month); select the juices you want; pick a delivery date; and wait.
The types of juices you have to choose from are extensive. You have your green juices, the root-based juices (think beets), citrus juices, fruit juices and then unique takes on coffee and water. There are also limited-edition juices.
With subscriptions, you can choose from all the different options at your disposal or you can mix and match to create your own custom juice cleanse.
If you’re not too familiar with juice cleanses and don’t feel like reading about the matter, Pressed Juicery also offers three different, pre-picked juice cleanses for your convenience. Cleanse 1 is recommended for first-time cleansers or those with higher caloric needs. Cleanse 2 contains the most popular juices on the menu. Cleanse 3 caters to green juice lovers and experienced cleansers. Each cleanse pack comes in portions for a one-, three- or five-day cleanse. The one-day cleanse comes with six juices at $49, the three-day cleanse comes with 18 juices for $129 and the five-day cleanse comes with 30 juices at $229.
Of course, you could just stop into a Pressed Juicery store in one of the many locations across the West Coast or Northeast and in Hawai’i.
But is a juice cleanse, or Pressed Juicery in general, right for you? It depends on your nutrition needs and also your wallet. It’s no secret the subscriptions and cleanses aren’t cheap. Plus, juice cleanses aren’t right for every body type. Before making a choice, consider if a juice cleanse is right for your lifestyle and needs.
