Run Thailand this fall at the 18th annual Amari Watergate Bangkok & BMW Thailand Charity Midnight Run. The only race in Bangkok to be held at midnight offers runners the exclusive opportunity to enjoy running in the lively atmosphere of Bangkok at that time of day.
Each year, the race has brought running enthusiasts from around the world for charitable causes. This year, race proceeds will go to three major charities, including the Chalerm Prakiat HRH Princess Sirindhorn School in Lampoon, supporting the education of children who lost their parents to AIDS; the Baan Gerda Children’s Project, supporting HIV-infected orphans; and Baht for a Better Life, dedicated to offering educational opportunities for underprivileged children in Bangkok and rural areas.
The race gives runners the option to choose between two distances, both taking place on Phetchburi Road in the heart of the city. Runners of all ages start and finish at the Amari Watergate Hotel.
Participants are able to register for the race with entries into a grand raffle also included, offering a chance to win accommodation vouchers from ONYX Hospitality Group and a BMW car to use during the stay at the hotel, as well as several other prizes such as air tickets and accommodation.
