Germaphobes all across the world have probably wondered what exactly is living on those airplane seats they’ve been issued on flights. Who knows what diseases the person before you had?
Well, fret no longer because now you can get your own PlaneSheet. These personal airline seat covers are designed to keep germs at bay by simply covering them up while you’re on board.
They come in both coach- and first-class sizes, so fancy and frugal travelers never have to worry about contracting something at 30,000 feet again. Not only that, but the good folks who designed them were nice enough to come up with two varieties — disposable and washable.
There’s no fastening required — you simply slip the top of the PlaneSheet over the headrest, give it a nice tuck here and there and then plop on down and you’re protected. They come in a couple different colors and designs in case you’re a little picky about what goes underneath your rear.
There’s no word on how well they’re going to protect you against whatever is crawling on the seat next to yours, but that’s a risk you’ll just have to take. Unless, of course, you’d like to buy a few disposable ones to share with your fellow passengers.
Check out the PlaneSheets website for more information.
