Nobody has ever claimed the seats on an airplane were designed for comfort. In fact, many of them can leave you with a bad back if you have to sit long enough. Next time you travel, try giving yourself a little extra support with the Back Buddy Pillow.
The Back Buddy lumbar pillow from Eagle Creek provides custom support with an easy-adjust valve that lets you alter how tough you need your pillow to be. The inflatable pad can be made to meet your preferred level of softness or firmness. You don’t need any special device to inflate the pillow either — simply blow into it with one or two breaths and you’re good to go. It instantly deflates through the use of a release valve. The fleece cover provides comfortable support and is removable and easy to wash. The pillow weighs only 8 pounds and folds into itself for easy storage before and after your flight.
Back Buddy is 17 by 9 by 5.5 inches when inflated, so it isn’t too bulky to fit within the confines of an airplane seat. Just in case your pillow ever busts, it also comes with a lifetime warranty.
The Back Buddy is only available in black at the moment and retails online for $28.
