Game of Thrones was one of the most popular shows of the decade, and the series always had fans talking and speculating on what might happen next. Over the years the show has shown off some of the most beautiful and interesting places across the world. We created a guide for travelers who wish to visit some of the locations where the show filmed.

Iceland

This location has some of the most beautiful scenery. The cave shown in the steamy scene between Jon Snow and Ygritte is located in Iceland. The scene between the star-crossed lovers took place at the Grjótagjá Cave and is a natural hot spring

Beyond the Wall and the Mountain Beyond the Wall are also in Iceland. The country’s frozen landscape makes for beautiful scenes, especially with the mountains covered in blankets of snow. Millions of people visit annually and they usually dress the part, so don’t miss out on your opportunity.

Croatia

King’s Landing is the capital city of the Seven Kingdoms in the GoT universe. It is the site of the Iron Throne and the Red Keep. In reality, the location is Dubrovnik, Croatia, where the town has now been popularized as a tourist destination for GoT fanatics.

The House of the Undying is where Daenerys goes in search of her dragons. There are no visible openings and it is a large tower.

Spain

The Great Pit of Daznak is a bullring in Osuna where there was great fight resulting in people being set on fire, one of the most dramatic moments of season five. The Long Bridge of Volantis Highgarden is located in Seville and with the help of CGI and TV magic, markets were added to make the area look bigger.

Platform Helps Remote Workers, Business Travelers Find Work-Friendly Hotels

If you’ve ever attempted to work on the go — not necessarily for a business trip, but just because your job offers the flexibility of remote working — you may have struggled with working from your hotel room. Your options are typically plugging your laptop in next to a tiny in-room table, if you’re lucky, or you’re stuck answering emails from your hotel bed — hardly conducive to productivity.
