As of late 2024, W Hollywood reopened following an expansive relaunch.
Today, the property features just more than 300 rooms and suites across 300,000 square feet. The Living Room, the brand’s take on a lobby space, channels the aesthetic of the surrounding Southern California landscape through touches such as green velvet seating; a rounded staircase; and a monolithic fireplace flanked by 35-foot, 3-D-printed concrete drapes. The lobby bar’s backdrop is a bi-folding glass wall that leads to a courtyard garden.
Once in the guestrooms, visitors will find a similarly California-inspired color palette and décor theme. Metallic accents meet blues, yellows and creams, while oversized window seats, seating areas and bespoke lighting provide visual interest. Beyond the 12 suites with its living rooms, dining areas and wet bars, there’s also an Oasis Suite with outdoor seating for 50 and a Mega Suite with its own library lounge and outdoor living space.
More changes and expanded offerings are expected to come to this evolving property in the months ahead, such as the new Luxe Level, a V.I.P. set of guestrooms where travelers can expect extra perks and elevated accommodations.
