The Fly Over Tequila experience begins at Grand Velas Riviera Nayarit with a personal concierge to provide seamless coordination throughout the entire trip, followed by a first evening tequila pairing dinner at the resort’s Frida. SE Spa hosts a Tequila Cream Massage, which concludes with a tequila cream tasting of coffee, vanilla and chocolate. On the next evening, a private taco and tequila tasting takes place on the beach, followed by an afternoon mixology class combining Mexican culture and cocktails the next day.
Guests then depart to Tequila via helicopter to meet with a local guide for a shopping excursion and gourmet lunch. At Casa Cuervo, a guided tour and professional tasting await before check in to a barrel-themed suite at Matices Hotel de Barricas. Travelers enjoy a workshop to create their own tequila bottle, horseback ride through the agave fields, a Jima harvest experience and more.
