Hotel San Cristóbal, in Todos Santos, Mexico, recently revealed a few new additions, including an al fresco restaurant, and oceanfront rooms featuring private saltwater plunge pools and enlarged patios. The hotel first opened in 2017.

“Both of these projects have been in the works for several years now, and we’re all so thrilled to finally see them coming to fruition,” said Lisa Bonifacio, president, Bunkhouse Hotel Group. “The new room types and restaurant add so much to an already exceptional guests [sic] experience, affording our guests the opportunity to get even more up close and personal with the flavors of Baja and beauty of the surrounding landscape.”
Cosecha, boasting 52 seats, delivers a true garden-to-table dining experience from its location in the hotel’s front garden and with Chef Ramón Monteverde at the helm. Other on-site eateries include Benno, an oceanfront restaurant, and Pool Bar.

“The sea has always been such a source of inspiration for our menus, especially at Benno, but there is so much more to Baja and Todos Santos, beyond the bounty of the ocean,” said Ramón Monteverde, chef de cuisine, Hotel San Cristóbal. “Cosecha showcases the flavors of our garden, and of the seasonal harvests that it yields, telling the story of our culinary culture through my team’s spins on traditional dishes and cooking styles.”
Six new oceanfront rooms now boast private, newly enlarged patios with saltwater plunge pools and built-in seating, surrounded by lush landscaping.
