With four parks across 10 resorts and other attractions it is hard to chose a place to dine in Walt Disney World. Disney may be known for attractions and shows, but they also have a diverse and delicious restaurant scene. I have been to a good amount of them myself but one of my favorites is Ohana, located in Disney’s Polynesian Resort, right outside of Magic Kingdom.

Ohana’s has two different dining options, breakfast and dinner. During breakfast, enjoy a family-style breakfast with a Hawai’ian twist and visits from guests. Throughout breakfast expect Lilo, Stitch and some of their friends to drop by. Take advantage of these rare meet and greets with a photoshoot or by snagging an autograph.

The next option is dinner. Dinner at Ohana is a little different than breakfast. It is still a Hawai’ian-style meal served family-style, but there is no meet and greet. Although dinner doesn’t have the characters, there are still a bunch of fun activities for guests and children. I ate dinner at Ohana last time I was in Disney and it was one of the best meals I have ever had; my friends and I still talk about it to this day.

If you are interested in dining at Ohana on your next trip to Disney World make sure you book a reservation ahead of time. Reservations fill up fast. If you can’t get one right off the bat, make sure you keep checking because it is possible for one to randomly pop up.

What to Pack in Your Beach Bag, What to Leave at Home

You’re headed to the beach for the day. You may have to walk a distance from your car to your spot on the sand. You want to be prepped and prepared for whatever happens, but you don’t want to lug the entire kitchen sink with you.
