Fall and winter are the best times to flock to a warmer destination, and the U.S. Virgin Islands is the place to go. Take a look at all the activities the stunning destination has to offer:

Spend Thanksgiving in St. John watching sailing crews participate in the Coral Bay Thanksgiving Regatta, Nov. 24–26. Spectators will get the best views of vessels coming and going from picturesque Coral Harbor by securing a spot at either the Salty Mongoose or Surf Club Cantina.

The annual Paradise Jam men’s and women’s basketball tournaments return to St. Thomas and the University of Virgin Islands Elridge Blake Sports and Fitness Center this November. The 23rd annual men’s tournament will be held Nov. 17–20, and the women’s tournament will be played Nov. 23–25.

Enjoy curated exhibits of agriculture, fine arts and crafts, fashion and food at the St. Croix Crucian Coconut Festival Dec. 1–3.

On Dec. 9, guests can enjoy a magical evening in historical Christiansted with the St. Croix Christmas Boat parade followed by fireworks.

Dance with Moko Jumbies, indulge in local delicacies and experience the destination’s diverse culture at the St. Croix Crucian Christmas Festival Dec. 10, 2023–Jan. 6, 2024.

Guests in St. Thomas can join the VIPCA Charter Yacht Show, Jan. 12–15, 2024, showcasing cutting-edge sail and power yachts.

Seafood lovers won’t want to miss St. John’s Love City Seafood Fest on Jan. 14, 2024. Soak up Cruz Bay breezes and enjoy delicious seafood from local vendors.

Are You Ready for the Final Switch to Real ID?

Yesterday, TSA began enforcing new identification guidelines, a change that’s been a long-time coming. Now, travelers must show a REAL ID-compliant, state-issued ID in order to fly on domestic flights, in lieu of a non-compliant driver’s license (some other forms of identification, such as passports, will still be acceptable).
