The personal finance social network compared 150 cities across 21 key metrics including cost of groceries, accessibility of high-quality restaurants and number of food festivals per capita to determine the results. Each metric, graded on a 100-point scale, fell into one of two dimensions: affordability and accessibility, diversity & quality.
