If you’re looking for an intimate cruising experience you don’t have to share with thousands of people, look to UnCruise Adventures. If you’re looking for an intimate cruising experience that comes with a side of your favorite winter sports experiences, though, look specifically to this new offering from UnCruise.
The small-ship cruise line recently announced its first-ever small-ship winter sports cruise to Alaska, available February and March 2024. The seven-night cruises travel around Southeast Alaska, to and from Juneau, offering lots of adventure along the way. Cruisers can expect downhill skiing, heli-skiing, cross-country skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing and ice skating, all with visits to top spots like Glacier Bay National Park. Of course, you can’t forget the Northern Lights hunting or the après ski experiences.
“This provides more options for our new and repeat guests and offers them an accelerated option to adventure. I’m extremely excited to be showing guests the Alaskan outback in my backyard, the stunning ski town of Juneau and the National Parks and Monuments I’m so proud of as an Alaskan resident,” said Dan Blanchard, CEO, UnCruise Adventures.
Want to visit Alaska early next year, but not sure if a winter sports-themed cruise is your speed? UnCruise also offers Alaskan cruises from Whittier starting May 2024, with the Alaska’s Prince William Sound Explorer cruises including activities like wildlife watching, kayaking, hiking and island hopping.
