The Standard, Huruvalhi Maldives recently launched its first-ever three-month long Go Deep Blue campaign, through July 31. The resort started this campaign to celebrate the start of manta season and the diverse ocean discovery experiences guests can enjoy.
The resort is a 35-minute speedboat ride to the UNESCO Biosphere Reserve of Hanifaru Bay, which allows guests to explore and experience manta rays in all their glory. Swim alongside marine life with the resort’s Manta Snorkeling Excursions or take part in unique opportunities like snorkeling safaris, deep dives, turtle expeditions, sunset dolphin cruises and sea sports.
Certified divers who prefer deeper exploration of the colorful and stunning underwater world can indulge in dive excursions that allow them to plunge into marine life ecosystems and explore extraordinary dive sites. Guests can also take diving courses to help them begin their dive journey under the guidance of a highly experienced and trained PADI divemaster.
If underwater journeys aren’t for you, guests can also take part in the resort’s eco-inspired initiatives such as tree planting, supporting the coral reef regeneration project and island clean up sessions.
