The Yeatman Hotel is a luxury wine hotel and spa in Porto, Portugal. It sits on seven acres of land that overlook the city and offers some of the most deluxe accommodations available in the region. After staying two nights here, I can say they easily won me over.
The rooms are designed to subtly showcase the wines Yeatman partners with, so each is uniquely decorated. The marble bathroom and expansive balcony were the highlights, and the views of Porto were incredible. Outside the rooms, the hotel features numerous amenities. The terraces, indoor and outdoor infinity pools and the croquet lawn were delightful and the perfect spots to relax during my downtime. The bar was sizeable and, if you’re a reader, the hotel boasts a wonderful library where you can sit and enjoy a good book. The Yeatman also has a spa that includes a gym, sauna and steam room.
The hotel did feature an on-site restaurant, but I never took the opportunity to sample the food. The staff on hand was professional and eager to answer questions and offer suggestions of places to visit. I would definitely stay here on my next trip and would happily recommend it to family and friends.
