Not sure what to do when you have a delayed or canceled flight? Feel like you deserve something more from the airline? AirHelp can potentially help with that.
AirHelp is a platform helping travelers obtain monetary compensation for delayed and canceled flights. Rather than having to submit a claim for compensation to the airline on your own, AirHelp does all the work for you. The platform guides you through the necessary documentation, submits the documents on your behalf, handles any legal fees and then passes your compensation on to you, minus any necessary fees. The standard AirHelp fee is 35 percent of your compensation, or 50 percent of your compensation if the claim goes to court.
AirHelp can assist when flights are canceled on short notice or when flights are delayed for more than three hours, as well as if delays result in missed connections, making you arrive in your final destination more than three hours late. According to AirHelp, the brand could help you claim up to $700 for general compensation, up to $7,000 for extra related expenses and up to $1,700 for resulting luggage issues.
In addition to assisting with individual claims, AirHelp also offers an AirHelpPlus subscription for a minimal annual fee, and includes claim services, 24/7 support, insurance and lounge access in the event of a trip disruption.
