There are few places on Earth where you’ll find the perfect atmosphere for a bachelor party than Rio de Janeiro. Famous for its eclectic, fast-paced nightlife and abundance of entertainment for any budget, the Marvelous City has something to offer for everyone and it a great place to go wild one last time.
A morning spent on a private yacht among the crystal-clear waters off the coast of Brazil is a great way to start things off. There’s plenty of excellent diving available here, or you can simply find some beautiful locals to wine and dine. Careful, though, the city is also famous for grifters’ ability to swindle tourists, so make sure you’re hanging out with folks just interested in getting to know you and not your money. If you’d rather stay on land, the beaches of Copacabana are hard to beat.
Afterwards, visit one of the city’s many racetracks or take to the skies for some pretty epic paragliding over the shore.
Once night falls, it’s time to hit the club. Casa da Matriz is known for its raging parties, or you can find a more relaxed atmosphere at the Deck Lounge Bar, a cocktail lounge that provides some of the best views in the city. For a little off-color fun for the guys in the party who aren’t about to be married, Casa Rosa in Rio’s red light district was once one of the city’s most prominent brothels. It’s just a regular nightspot now, but the girls here are always happy to dance with you.
