It can easily take years to save up enough money for that long-awaited, bucket list trip of a lifetime. But what if there were a way to take that adventurous trip sooner by earning extra money outside of your normal means of income and share your travel experience at the same time? That is where TRVL comes in and lets everyday people serve as travel agents to their families and friends, with the ability to earn a commission from each hotel, transportation and tour booking.
Avid travelers who have heaps of experience can sign up for free on TRVL’s website to become a virtual travel agent. When a traveler is seeking to learn more about a destination and requests advice from a TRVL user, the TRVLer can make recommendations regarding car rentals, hotels and other tourism activities. If the traveler books the activity suggested, the TRVLer can receive a commission of up to 10 percent.
The commission that virtual agents can make is not the only focus of TRVL. The site also prides itself on connecting people across the globe who have suggestions and advice for novice travelers whether they are friends, family or complete strangers.
Currently in beta testing mode, travelers can sign up to request access to TRVL as soon as the site launches. In the meantime, visitors to the site can read up on featured destinations and start compiling mental lists of places to visit.
