Head to Parc de la Ciutadella, not in Eixample but a two-minute walk away. It houses a beautiful garden with a fountain, a park, a small lake and the Catalonia Parliament building.
For dinner, head to Cervesaria Catalana for dinner, where you can enjoy your choice of tapas and sangria ($20).
