Sin City always seems to have something going on, and this summer is no different. Las Vegas welcomes new restaurants, experiences, entertainment and more this summer. Finalize your Vegas summer travel plans by adding these spots to your itinerary:

Pier 17 Yacht Club

This speakeasy-style bar lies inside Green Fairy Garden, part of Spiegelworld’s hit show Absinthe. Green Fairy Room is a spectacular lavish garden with both a restaurant and Pier 17 Yacht Club. Enjoy refreshing cocktails at this new bar, open daily from 7 p.m. Drinks include Big Duke Energy (scotch, lemon, apricot, port and bitters) and Tantric Turnbuckle (mezcal, aloe, lime, cucumber and wormwood).

 

No Pants

Also part of Spiegelworld’s Absinthe, this restaurant also sits within Green Fairy Garden. No Pants serves smash burgers and golden tots, as well as classic cocktails. The No Pants Burger features two short rib-blend patties, grilled onions, American cheese, dill pickles and secret sauce.

Ski Lodge’s New Cocktails

The first and only Ski Lodge on The Strip recently launched a new cocktail menu. The Spiritual Carwash blends Tanqueray Gin, Fino sherry, Palo Santo and sage. Other new libations include the Make It Snap Pea (white miso-infused gin, Aquavit, Peychaud’s bitters, snap pea syrup, lime and soda) and One More Time with Feeling (Ramazzotti liqueur, cynar, Lustau sherry, Rittenhouse Whiskey and maple syrup).
