French company Fernweh developed a single-hand watch which evokes the joys of travel.
The Clipperton watch has just one hand, which allows you to slow down and enjoy life thanks to its languid motion. High-quality Ronda 1069 Swiss quartz components are contained within a hardy 316L stainless-steel case, water resistant to 100 meters.
With sapphire crystal glass and a two-year warranty, the Clipperton is built to last and accompany you on plenty of future trips. Only the highest-quality Italian leather is used for the straps, available in two versions and a variety of different colors.
The NATO strap has various fastenings and is built with adventurers in mind, while the classic strap is for the traveler. You can keep your Clipperton safe when you’re not wearing it using the Fernweh watch roll, which also has space for an alternative strap.
With various face colors and straps to choose from, you can customize your Clipperton to suit your own personal style. The watches look great, and also serve as a reminder to enjoy the journey as much as the destination.
After finding funding on Kickstarter, Fernweh says the Clipperton will retail for €189. Each additional strap will cost €20.
