Bring The White Noise With You

Thankfully, I’m never had trouble sleeping. But I know others do have trouble sleeping, and back in my dorm life days, my snoring used to keep the room awake at night if they didn’t have earplugs or earplugs.

And then there are those that require a room with just their white noise machine in order to get to sleep, forget about what will next wake them up and at least get a few hours of shut eye.
