Each flavor lists a roast level from 0 (dark) to 100 (light). Big Trouble has caramel, nut and chocolate notes and a roast level of 63; Forty-Six is smoky and full-bodied, with dark chocolate notes and a roast level of 52; and Slow Motion is smooth with notes of molasses and cocoa, and has a roast level of 58.
