The Korean beauty trend is still in full swing. How could it not be? Korean beauty products are more prolific than any other on the market. They also work and are often much more affordable than other brands. One company providing consistent and durable results is Dr. Jart+.

This company has some longevity behind it as it has been operating since 2004. The company is a collaboration between Dr. SungJae Jung and entrepreneur Chin Wok Lee. Together they formed the company Dr. Jart +. Dr. Jung is a certified dermatologist and a student of skin care. The company has grown substantially in the last 13 years to distribute to almost 50 countries.

One of the key elements of the company is its focus on the basic issues all skin faces —lack of hydration, sun exposure and collagen breakdown. It does this through many different products including high-quality sunscreens and ceramide creams and serums. Getting skin to hold moisture and protecting it from sunlight are fundamental in preserving collagen and you will find many of the products reflect this science.

The most convenient way to protect your skin and enjoy these products is through the extensive menu of masks the company offers. Most masks are sold for around $7.50–12 and they are designed to target a variety of issues like hydration, brightening, firming, lifting, pores, redness, etc. There are standard gel masks as well as rubber masks for an extra boost. It never hurts to give one of these a try, the worst thing that can happen is you look slightly more awake for a day.
