Swissôtel Hotels & Resorts offers guests a unique experience with the Vitality program. Vitality is more than just a program; it’s a philosophy, focusing on your overall wellbeing and quality of life. As many travelers can get caught up in the hustle and bustle of the traveling lifestyle, Vitality promotes health, wellness and mindfulness while on the road.

The goal is to demonstrate how easy it is to be mindful, open, happy and energetic while traveling. Vitality offers fitness and cuisine options. An aero step, Swiss ball, TheraBand, jogging/walking route map, Pilates ring and exercise cards are available to all guests at no extra fee. The jogging map and in-room exercise cards can be downloaded directly from the website. Vitality dishes prove that food can be tasty and nutritious. Choose from a selection of healthy choices for any dietary restrictions including lactose-free, gluten-free and nut-free. Dishes are supplemented with fresh fruit, low-fat ingredients and organically grown coffee. Menus vary by property and are available in restaurants or as room service.

The Vitality program is ideal for meetings. In addition to the brain-boosting food and beverage selections, meeting attendees participate in breaks complete with stretching and yoga.

Vitality recently launched its Vitality On-The-Go offer at select properties. Available through the end of 2016, the deal includes a one-night stay, TOMS bag, 25-ounce Swell bottle and adult coloring postcards with colored pencils. For each bag purchased through the offer, TOMS will provide help to those in need in Bangladesh, Ethiopia, Haiti and India.
