London’s Hotel Café Royal launches its newest signature cocktail in its exclusive partnership with Parfums Givenchy. The Green Bar boasts a creative cocktail menu featuring select libations designed to mirror the eight fragrances of the L’Atelier de Givenchy fragrance collection.
The newest drink celebrates the Imortelle Tribal fragrance from the collection, and head mixologist Antonio Catapano created a rich, floral cocktail. The drink’s aromatic extracts of rose, violet and jasmine contrast nicely with the base of Cognac, whiskey and fig liqueur.

Other inspired cocktails include the Chypre Caresse, with gin, jasmine, lemon citrus and notes of honey; the Ylang Austral, including rum, sour apple sherbert, orange Curacao and mandarin oils; and Néroli Originel, featuring Cognac combined with vanilla, lemon and bitter orange. The Cur Blanc uses Siberian pine needles for a woody taste, and the Bois Martial boasts Jamaican rum, pineapple and sage leaves. Featuring rye American vodka, the Ambre Tigré is combined with Dutch honey whisky and English amber beer. Finishing off the collection is the Oud Flamboyant, with Japanese whisky and mandarin juice.
Available through Sept. 10, each cocktail is priced at approximately $20. Four non-alcoholic mocktails are also available.

Insta FeedAre You Ready for the Final Switch to Real ID?
Yesterday, TSA began enforcing new identification guidelines, a change that’s been a long-time coming. Now, travelers must show a REAL ID-compliant, state-issued ID in order to fly on domestic flights, in lieu of a non-compliant driver’s license (some other forms of identification, such as passports, will still be acceptable).
