Take the comforts of your own backyard into the wild on your next hiking, camping or backpacking trip. Kammok is a line of an easily portable and deceivingly strong hammocks you can take on the go and set up nearly anywhere.

Shop the line-up of hammocks from the Wallaby, from single loungers to the Roo for two. The Wallaby ranges $65–79, depending on the color, and weighs just 10 ounces. The hammock may be light, but the fabric is incredibly durable, stretch- and water-resistant and comfortable. You’ll need to add the Python Straps for $39 in order to tie the hammock up off the ground.

Upgrade to the two-person hammock and shop the Roo for $99. Each hammock comes with a cup holder on the side and a lifetime warranty. Again, you will have to add on the $29 Python Straps to actually use the hammock, so some shoppers choose the Camp Starter Kit. The bundle includes an insect net, straps and Roo hammock for $178.

There are plenty of public spaces you may not think to bring a hammock until you do. Before brining my Kammok on a camping trip, I tested it out along the Schuylkill River Trail in Philadelphia, Pa. The set-up was quick and easy and sitting in the hammock on a nice day was a fun way to enjoy the outdoor space.

Stay at Kona Village on the Big Island of Hawai’i and you may think your experience consists solely of private, residential-style luxury and perhaps the occasional fresh pineapple, but Rosewood Resort has something else a little special. More specifically, Kona Village has its very own Mai Tai Mile, where guests can find four unique and different takes on the Mai Tai. Each distinct drink is inspired by its setting and comes with its own story.
