A case of jet lag can put a serious hamper on your travel plans. It’s difficult to stay on your feet all day exploring when your body is telling you it’s time for bed in the middle of the day. Instead of downing a bottle of melatonin pills, you might consider a homeopathic solution.

The JetZone Homeopathic Jet Lag Remedy was designed specifically for travelers jumping across different time zones on a regular basis and is often used by military members, athletes and business professionals who find themselves on a plane more often than not.

The remedy contains 30 pills meant to last for two international round-trip flights, or up to 48 hours of flying time. They’re designed to be taken in flight, rather than at your hotel. They’re 100 percent natural, chewable tablets that are said to be free of side effects and the possibility of allergic reactions. There’s no water needed, so if you’re unable to swallow pills that won’t be a problem.

JetZone claims they’re popular among pilots and flight attendants, so they must do the job pretty well. Just be sure to take the prescribed amount on the bottle so you don’t overdo it.

You can find them on Amazon or in your local drug store.
